- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can stay updated.
- In case of delays due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events, we’ll keep you informed.

### 🔁 Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery.
- To request an exchange, please contact our customer service with your order details.
- A rider will be sent to collect the original item and deliver the new one.
- The product must be:
  - Unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  - With tags attached and in a resellable condition.
- Exchange is not available on items with low stock or special discounts.
